We are looking for a capable Senior Property Manager to join our growing team and oversee the day-to-day management of a variety of properties. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the acquisition, maintenance, development, and leasing of all types of commercial real estate. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

The Senior Property Manager's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the acquisition, development, and leasing of multiple properties in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of each property, such as rent collection and tenant relations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize rental income and property values.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and codes.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
• Maintaining accurate records and financial documents.
  
  

As The Senior Property Manager, You Should Have

• At least 4 years of property manager experience
• Experience managing commercial real estate (retail, mixed use, office, or similar)
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
