Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of a rapidly growing startup.
Work directly with founders and senior management to define roles and establish the qualifications and attributes of desired candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract and engage passive candidates from top talent pools.
Oversee the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Provide support in other areas as needed, including project management, operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing insight into market trends and direct feedback from candidates.
Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for experience in technology startups or fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement scalable recruiting strategies.
High proficiency in using innovative recruiting software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build relationships.
Agile and flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, and willing to take on various roles as needed.
