• Recruiting is a sales business – so some common denominators in our most successful recruiters are those with B2B sales, marketing, retail, restaurant, or athletic experience – to name a few!

A Day in the Life of a Recruiter:

• Build relationships with candidates - find out about their career aspirations, their goals, and interests
• Build long-lasting client relationships to foster and grow client accounts
• Cold-call potential candidates and client
• Provide industry intel and best practices to clients and candidates
• Preparing candidates for their interviews to help them land that best next position
• Be a subject-matter expert in talent acquisition and industry best practices
