The Reny Company is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive our Workers' Compensation and Managed Care Products.
This individual will ensure the achievement of field sales goals to include: evaluating current business, leveraging data analysis, identifying new sales opportunities, developing strategy, developing action plans and executing the plan, within the prospected sales of managed care services to Non-subscribers, Maritime Accounts, Insurance Companies, TPA. Managed Care Services include: Medical Bill Review, Utilization Review, Case Management, Negotiations, PPO, and Pharmacy.
Experience in selling Workers' Compensation and Managed Care Products is a must. You will be based out of our Plano, Texas office.
Meeting annual sales targets for new revenue bookings.
Tracking leads progress independently and with Account Management.
Working with Maritime, Out of Network and Casualty Group operations team to collaborate on new sales activities and customer retention, by maintaining relationships and delivering results.
Assisting in identifying sales opportunities or prospects or end customers in the market.
Evaluating monthly progress to review performance, activity and set up targets.
Performing research to determine potential opportunities.
Finding link or key selling opportunities utilizing both old and new contacts.
Sharing marketing research determinations with product development, research and development and marketing departments.
Identifying new product and market opportunities.
Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Following up direct sales leads and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities including salesforce.com to maintain accurate record.
Generating intelligence of company competitors.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Assisting customers in the product operation and answering their questions.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values .

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred MBA or professional health-care degree
5 to 7 years of demonstrable sales achievement and technical selling
Willingness to travel 50% of time
Executive Level relationships
Prior healthcare or Insurance background specifically Workers Compensation, Maritime or Non-Subscriber Industries
Experience with selling Bill review, PPO and or managed Care Services programs to workers' compensation payers
Experience in effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Proven success in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Experience in complex service
Dallas/Ft. Worth Area Necessary.
