Base Salary: $60,000 | Bonus Potential: $12,000 - $20,000

Your Role: As the Director of Recruiting, you will plan, develop, and direct recruitment processes and programs for college graduates, career changers, and experienced Financial Services Professionals, aligning with our core values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategy: Partner with sales management to create and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Generate Leads: Source top candidates in the experienced financial advisor, college grad, and career changer markets.
  • Screen Candidates: Conduct thorough interviews and support sales manager goals to grow the recruiting pipeline.
  • Collaborate on Marketing: Create referral processes and social media campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Network and Develop Referrals: Identify and nurture Centers of Influence to build a robust referral network.
  • Maintain Systems: Ensure the integrity of our talent management systems and champion diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales recruiting experience; financial services industry preferred.
  • Ability to attract and inspire candidates.
  • Proven ability to translate recruiting goals into effective strategies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategies and social media campaigns.
  • Strong networking skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Technologically savvy to maximize recruiting efficiencies.
  • Sales competencies (strategic thinker, listener, influencer, customer-oriented, goal-driven).
