We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter having strong recruiting experience and skills to recruit resources for Identity & Access Management solutions including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer IAM (CIAM) to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent specializing in IAM solutions.

Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-notch technical architects, engineers, and developers with expertise in leading IAM products for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer IAM (CIAM) solutions. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to find the best talent in the industry. You will also focus on recruiting advisors, presales engineers, and thought leaders in the IAM domain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IAM professionals.
Source and identify highly qualified candidates with experience in IGA, PAM, CIAM solutions for products such as Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, and other IAM platforms.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IAM and technical recruiting.
Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including advisors, presales engineers, and thought leaders.
Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market.
Utilizing data analytics and metrics to track recruitment KPIs, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and inform data-driven decision-making.
Format resume/submittal package to highlight candidate’s top skills for client to review.
Prepare candidates for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios and technical experience that may be asked by client.

Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the IAM domain.
Knowledge of IAM products, technologies, and platforms to understand exactly who to search and recruit.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for technical roles, including architects, engineers, developers, advisors, presales engineers, and thought leaders.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills with a track record of building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our internal team, customers and consultants.
Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset, to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that drive business success.
