LightStyles, owned and operated by Hubbard Supplyhouse, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that assists local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting. We are a family owned, Christian company that believes in taking care of our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, enjoys working with customers to help direct their vision into a reality, and excels in a “team first” work environment.
The Showroom Sales consultant increases sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with consumers in choosing plumbing fixtures and related items for kitchens, baths and lighting. Showroom Sales consultants provide expert product selection assistance, expediting orders from vendors and conducting customer visits as needed.
Responsibilities
Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products
Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
Prepare job quotations and submittals
Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers
Meeting or exceed monthly required Gross Profit dollar targets
Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed

Requirements
2 Years of Experience in Sales and or Customer Service
Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Background and Driving Check
Ability to lift or handle material 25+lbs.
