As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our foremen and crews during the production phase of our job process. Your main responsibility will be to ensure all policies and procedures are followed diligently.

Working closely with our Production Manager, you will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the repair process. This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with our diverse team.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
