Industry – retail/restaurant is great, but if they’ve worked on an online system like a bank or airline that would work too
Experience supporting implementations on application and web systems
He cares more about the breadth of knowledge these candidates have compared to a certain tech stack.
10-15 years of experience
He is looking for someone who has worked on all domains of digital area in their career like orders, payment (POS), guest, customer, loyalty, menu, pricing, availability, security, infra..etc.
