We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team to organize, assess, and qualify our prospective leads and clients. This person must be confident and willing to jump in to a fast paced and ambitious environment, where he/she will be given the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of various initiatives. This is a unique and amazing opportunity to work with a US software product and services companies, and be a part of an energetic, dedicated and passionate team.


Role and Responsibilities

This person is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding Bridgera’s client-base in the IoT industry. The ideal candidate should have good understanding of IoT cloud solutions, prerequisite to build an IoT solution, various stages of IoT journey, how an IoT solution fits into the customer’s IT landscape, ROI of an IoT solution. Previous experience of selling IoT SaaS solutions (Software-as-a-Service) is preferred for this role.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Bridgera’s IoT products and solutions, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies for Bridgera’s IoT service offerings.
  • Establish channel partnerships with VARs and OEMs to boost the sale of Bridgera’s IoT SaaS offering.
  • Actively seek new clients and build relationships with potential customers who could benefit from IoT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of IoT solutions to clients.
  • Maintain and leverage an understanding of Bridgera’s customers and their needs, strategies, and priorities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to keep Bridgera competitive.
  • Create and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Bridgera’s Board of Directors.
  • Lead and manage the IoT sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of individual sales team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, client feedback, and sales activities.
  • Responsible for managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Help creating marketing materials and initiatives that highlight the value of Bridgera solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and generate leads.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and other relevant paperwork
  • Identify and explore opportunities for expanding the organization's presence in the IoT market, including potential new markets or customer segments.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends for executive management.


Required Skills and Traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in the custom IoT/healthcare space or
  • equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Demonstrated skill in building and executing Go-To-Market and sales strategies
  • Proven experience as a manager and leader in the sales space
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products


Compensation:

  • Attractive base salary depending on experience
