Salary: $70,000 DOE

Location: Canyon Point, Utah

An upscale hotel, renowned for its luxurious amenities and breathtaking surroundings, is seeking two talented sous chefs and a Chef de Cuisine to join its culinary team. This opportunity offers the chance to showcase culinary expertise amidst a highly talented team, creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute menu offerings that reflect the hotel's culinary standards
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability while minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury restaurant or hotel
• Ability to train, mentor and coach kitchen staff
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional appearance according to company policies
