Summary: The Sr. Director, Philanthropy Dare to Dream Campaign, sets the multi-year strategy to achieve the LLS Dare to Dream Campaign revenue goals and objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Celebration Initiatives and in partnership with the Vice President, Dare to Dream Project, Executive Vice President Chief Medical Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Dare to Dream Campaign committees, the Sr. Director serves as a key leadership team member to carry out the fundraising plan targeting individuals, corporations, and foundations to support the Dare to Dream revenue goals. This Sr. Director keeps the revenue campaign on schedule and progressing with a high level of visibility and momentum that engenders a sense of excitement, optimism and confidence in achieving the campaign revenue goal. The Sr. Director must be skilled at building and leading a multi-year philanthropic revenue strategy, establishing consensus, working with external constituents and committees, and engaging the entire organization.

Education & Experience Requirements
The Sr. Director, Dare to Dream Philanthropic Campaign, will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years of experience in senior level fundraising, and non-profit management roles.
The candidate must possess exceptional judgement and communication skills.
The candidate must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization and with external constituents.
Additional Requirements For The Position Are
Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies resulting in measurable revenue growth
Knowledge of strategic planning and effective project management
Excellent interpersonal skills

Average salary range is $89,719 to $131, 550, open to further discussion based on geography.
