Responsible for designing prototype applications and coordinating with the development team regarding application plans.
Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
Recommend technologies including user interface component frameworks, development environment, testing, and metrics toolsets.
Define and develop application solutions to meet client requirements.
Design architecture including requirement definition, object modeling design, tier structure, and user interface definition.
Position allows some work-from-home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience.
Experience must include: HTML; CSS; JAVA; Spring frameworks; Javascript frameworks; ORACLE; Agile; Jira; Kanban; JBOSS; WILDFLY; Responsive Web design; SASS applications; Progressive web application; and Single page applications.
Rate of Pay: $178,000 to $200,000
