Sr. Java Sys Analyst in Cypress, CA

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for designing prototype applications and coordinating with the development team regarding application plans.
  • Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs.
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
  • Recommend technologies including user interface component frameworks, development environment, testing, and metrics toolsets.
  • Define and develop application solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Design architecture including requirement definition, object modeling design, tier structure, and user interface definition.
  • Position allows some work-from-home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.


What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience.
  • Experience must include: HTML; CSS; JAVA; Spring frameworks; Javascript frameworks; ORACLE; Agile; Jira; Kanban; JBOSS; WILDFLY; Responsive Web design; SASS applications; Progressive web application; and Single page applications.


Rate of Pay: $178,000 to $200,000
