The GuideWell Systems Audit team is seeking a candidate to join our high-performing team!
The ideal candidate for this position has experience and proficiency in auditing a variety of core IT processes, performing technical IT reviews (i.e., cybersecurity, vulnerability and threat management, cloud security, etc.) and enjoys researching and learning new technologies and processes.

The Key Responsibilities
Key player in advising audit management in promoting an effective IT control environment and Enterprise audit program, influencing positive organization changes.
Consult with management stakeholders to understand their operational processes, identify key risks, and control objectives, design and execute test procedures, communicate audit results, and monitor adoption of remediation plans.
Perform research on current and emerging technologies, identifying assessment focus based upon risk analysis.
Execute key control testing through detailed analysis of various technical environments including operation systems, databases, network components and devices, and the related IT processes to manage those environments.
What Is REQUIRED
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in technology audit, cybersecurity, risk assessment, or related technical controls. Alternatively, applicants with 2+ years of experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG) will also be considered.
Previous experience in auditing, administering and/or performing other risk assessment functions for a variety of technical platforms, such as operating systems, databases, networks, firewall systems, web services and/or cloud services
Experience testing IT general controls, IT application controls, systems conversions and/or upgrades
Experience documenting key processes, risks, control objectives and controls in narrative and process flow format
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related degree OR 4 years of additional related equivalent work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to attain CISA and/or CISSP (standard Info Sec lingo) the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation

Preferred Certifications
Current CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
Current CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor

Salary Information
To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases.
(This is what our set hiring range is for this specific position based on several factors including internal equity)
Annualized Salary Range:$80,800 - $131,300 (This is the entirety that can be earned in this specific job over time and includes the cap)
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
