Sabre is seeking a Sr. Executive Compensation and Equity Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role, which offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, assists with the day-to-day administration of Sabre's executive compensation and equity programs, significantly impacting the engagement and well-being of Sabre's team members. Success in the role will be determined by the ability to provide valuable data-driven insights to improve the efficiency, engagement, and effective delivery of our executive compensation and equity programs.
Responsibilities
Participate in the assessment, design, and develop existing and new executive and equity compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance.
Conduct comprehensive proxy analysis to benchmark executive compensation and inform program design.
Support the preparation of the annual proxy statement and other executive compensation disclosures.
Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
Manage the day-to-day administration of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
Oversee the administration of equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other equity-based awards.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure cost and tax efficiency of compensation programs.
Conduct market analysis to benchmark executive compensation and equity offerings against industry standards.
Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings and provide support for executive compensation disclosures in proxy statements.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data for internal analysis and external disclosure.
Advise senior executives and HR partners on compensation matters, including policy interpretation and program design.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of executive compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Preferred Qualifications And Education Requirements
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
Relevant certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive and equity compensation programs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Desired Skills
In-depth knowledge of executive compensation and equity administration.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
