SVP & Specialty Banking Manager

The Specialty Banking Manager is responsible for supervising the Specialty Banking Center’s staff and supporting the development of both new and existing relationships with the Bank by presenting a variety of product solutions and providing responsive and exemplary customer service. The Specialty Banking Manager is also responsible for executing administrative duties in accordance with Bank policies and procedures while fulfilling the department’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in general bank operations or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Good understanding of all required documents needed for opening new accounts.
  • General knowledge of lending and deposit regulations and laws.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.
  • Organizational ability with strong supervisory and management skills.
  • Ability to work with co-workers, clients, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.
