Position title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Reports to: Head of HR - US

Job Location: US HQ Office

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000/annual


The Talent Acquisition Manager, based at our US HQ office in Soho, New York City, will work closely with the senior leadership team. Their primary responsibility involves designing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy specifically targeting high-level roles within the organization. The ultimate goal is to attract top-tier talent, enhance recruitment processes, and contribute to the organization’s overall success.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & implement recruitment strategies – Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for management-level roles, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and culture.


Streamline the Hiring Process – design and implement a streamlined, efficient, and scalable hiring process that reduces time-to-hire while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience.


Build a Strong Employer Brand – enhance the company brand through targeted campaigns, and social media presence, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the fast-casual dining industry.


Expand Talent Pipeline – Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by establishing relationships with relevant industry associations to ensure the continued flow of qualified candidates.


Supervising Recruitment Manager and Team - Oversee the Recruitment Manager and team, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and resolving recruitment issues.


Compensation Analysis (Competitive with the Market) - Analyze compensation structures, benchmark salaries, and recommend adjustments to align with industry standards.


Data-Driven Recruitment – Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to continuously improve the recruitment process and outcomes.


Collaborative Workforce Planning – Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans in support of the company’s expansion goals.


Innovate Sourcing Technologies – Explore and implement new and creative sourcing techniques, including leveraging technology, job fairs, referral programs, and partnerships, to reach a wide audience.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, and retail industries, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles.


Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with business goals and adapt to changing market conditions.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence

candidates, and senior leadership.


Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.


Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to make informed decisions, improve processes, and demonstrate ROI on recruitment initiatives.


Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant.


Proven ability to build and maintain a network of professional relationships within the industry and community to support talent acquisition efforts.


Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
