Overview of the Role:

Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring their customers' success. As the technical champion for assigned accounts, you'll oversee ongoing deliveries and proactively identify opportunities to maximize the value of our services by providing expert consultation on software delivery.


As part of the team, you will be:

- Managing technical delivery within existing accounts, collaborating closely with account management and technical leads.

- Articulating the value proposition of our delivery model to both existing and potential customers.

- Engaging in technical discussions with external clients regarding software development and delivery solutions, guiding team composition and solution determination.

- Providing estimations and recommendations for software delivery approaches, emphasizing team composition and sizing.

- Offering consultations on best practices in software delivery, including Continuous Integration/Continuous - Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps, automated testing, and User Experience (UX) design.


Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

- 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a proven track record of building software with teams. Experience at the engineering manager or director level is desirable.

- Ability to design and implement innovative technology solutions is highly valued.

- Experience leading teams of software developers or engineers in delivering solutions, with expertise in DevOps or testing preferred.

- Subject Matter Expertise in 1-2 verticals is desirable, with deep domain experience in at least one.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science is definitely a plus.

- Experience in Java, .NET, React, or Python development is desirable.
