Position Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Technical Customer Support Specialist opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
Support distributors and company’s Law Enforcement AED program
Includes but is not limited to the pad program, AED setup, Lifelink central setup, technical support for distributors and the AED program
Provide higher level support for the distributors.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
AED or LIFENET data experience preferred
IT experience
Customer service experience
Strong problem solving abilities.

Location: Redmond, WA(Hybrid)
