Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Support Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. Join the dynamic Global Experience and Identify organization within Technology Experience Services, where you'll collaborate closely with various specialized technology teams to provide exceptional colleague support. As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll serve as a technical representative in-store, working directly with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, provide training, and ensure inventory management. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians, contribute to process improvements, and stay updated on emerging technologies, all while fostering a positive and colleague-focused environment.


In this role you will:

  • Provide excellent colleague support for all technology products and services, resolving issues promptly or escalating as needed.
  • Troubleshoot colleague hardware issues, including Windows, MAC, and cellular devices.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to provide input and solutions, ensuring effective problem resolution.
  • Manage inventory of technology products and peripherals, forecasting needs and ensuring timely delivery and availability.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Broad knowledge of multiple technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and technical staff.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and customer-centric approach, with empathy for colleagues' situations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple lines of business with minimal supervision.
