Position Overview
Rockhill is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to support the General Manager/Property Manager in managing the properties, including building operations, financial activities, and amenity related items. The Tenant Coordinator will provide superior service to tenants and property owners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for the management office
Answer and direct all calls coming into the management office’s main line
Provide direct administrative support to management staff, engineering, security, and janitorial teams including ordering supplies, maintaining files, producing and distributing forms, etc.
Oversee and calculate all tenant billings including utilities, work orders, purchases, and miscellaneous service requests
Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy
Ensure all invoices for the property are coded and processed
Communicate with building tenants and vendors
Maintain online work order and visitor entry software
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move outs, including loading dock and freight reservations
Maintain proper documentation for Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors
Review tenant requests daily, working with building staff to resolve issues in a timely manner
Assist with scheduling and contracting vendor work throughout the building, accurately communicating impacts to tenants
Support building, tenant, and outside user group events by coordinating with vendors, facilitating room setups, assisting with catering orders, and executing other logistics as needed
Conduct facility inspections within the property
Additional related duties as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in commercial real estate/property management preferred
