Tenant Services Coordinator | $50k - $60k base salary | Washington DC

Hays Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a hugely successful owner operator, who are actively recruiting for a Tenant Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across their commercial office portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your ambitions of a career in commercial real estate Property Management, supporting a leading owner operator in their extensive East Coast portfolio.

This position, based out of the firm's DC head office, will be responsible for supporting the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations across an assigned portfolio in the Washington DC region. Collaborating with in-house leasing, legal, and construction teams, the Tenant Services Coordinator will utilize excellent organizational and administrative skills to ensure first-class support for new and existing tenants. Duties include being the first point of contact for tenants, supporting onsite property events, scheduling and billing, conducting building inspections, and managing tenant work orders.
