Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Marion County)

Compensation: $50,000-80,000

Requirements: 1-2+ years of recent experience as a training coordinator.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing all training of staff on a variety of topics ranging from quality to safety and human resources goals.
• Working directly with Personnel to assure all staff are trained on a schedule to be developed and agreed to by all departments.
• Assisting Management in developing appropriate training modules as desired.
• Work with Technicians in monitoring quality and production control paperwork on the lines.
