Training Coordinator


  • Hours: Monday thru Friday; 9am-5pm
  • Location: Flanders, NJ


Looking for a rewarding position that makes a difference in people's lives? Our client, a not for profit family services agency, has partnered with GA Rogers + Associates to find a passionate Training Coordinator to join their team.


In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and Program Support Services, organizing, monitoring, and scheduling all agency training. Your responsibilities will include maintaining training tools and resources, coordinating agency trainings, and designing training curricula as needed. You'll also be the point of contact for program supervisors to assess and meet training needs.


We are seeking candidates with a background in DD/ID care and education, strong training and coaching skills, and a deep commitment to supporting Residential and Day Programs staff.
