As part of our ongoing expansion in North America, we seek a motivated Training Program Coordinator to join our team.

Position Summary


The Training Program Coordinator is responsible for the tracking, maintenance, analysis and reporting of employee education and certification progress and results. Reporting to the Director of Training and Education, this position will also be responsible for the coordination of program logistics and providing departmental and administrative support for the various training programs and events. This is a hybrid role based in our Madison, NJ office.


Major Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


Maintain thorough employee training and certification records

Create and provide consistent reporting and analysis of employee education status and trends to stakeholders throughout the company

Coordinate logistics for all education programs, including setting up classes, providing materials and support to participants to ensure class readiness

Maintain and communicate education programs schedule

Coordinate educational contract initiation, renewal and associated payments

Support employee hospital credentialing process

Manage equipment inventory, including demo kits and in-house supplies

Support Training and Education department with administrative duties as assigned

Provide support to key cross-functional departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Compliance, etc.) as assigned.

Adhere to the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies.

  • No travel is required.


Qualifications

The Training Program Coordinator should/will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work with all levels of the company employees.
  • Strong skills in the areas of planning and organizing, customer service, interpersonal interactions and results orientation
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including expert experience with Excel
