We are currently looking for a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our esteemed Real Estate practice group. This opportunity is available across Pennsylvania, with options for hybrid or remote work arrangements based on experience. We specialize in planned community and condominium law, serving a diverse client base that includes industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas) sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, property acquisition, disposition, and development.
Provide sophisticated legal advice to clients nationally and locally.
Collaborate with industry-leading attorneys to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and licensure in Pennsylvania.
Minimum 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
Concentration in planned community and condominium law.
Demonstrated ability to handle diverse real estate transactions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
