Seeking a Mid-level Unity Developer to support a Navy program. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and creating innovative Unity Software Simulations for the training developed under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning program. You will also be responsible for researching, designing, and developing complex PC Simulation and will work closely with subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.

• Review Government Furnished Information.
• Review all training requirements from the SMEs.
• Support design meetings with SMEs and 3D Animators.
• Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
• Work in a fast, dynamic environment.

• BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Expertise with Unity Pro.
• Experience with Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline.
• Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
• Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Experience with API development.
• Experience with memory allocation and space optimization (Unity Profiler).
• Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
• Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.
• Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
