Who we're looking for

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals to fill the role of General Sales Manager. This role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to work with Sales Specialists, meet, with customers and determine their automotive needs while assisting our customers with dedication. Those who can meet these challenges have nearly unlimited earning potential. General Sales Managers will interact directly with Head Coaches to address and resolve automotive needs by taking ownership of the customer experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual for our Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall that can manage a large sales team. We are a very fast-paced, high-volume dealership, and we are looking for a skill set that matches that. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist customers with vehicle purchases.
  • Prepare, verify, and execute all sales documents with the sales department.
  • Maintain the dealership's reputation. Customer information is to be kept confidential while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates while maintaining set standards and goals in sales.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong negotiation and presentation talents and skills
  • Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus
  • Professional appearance & excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to follow set guidelines and rules inside of team atmosphere

  • Documentation of candidates' past accomplishments and success is appreciated
