As our next Vice President, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and deliver on all operational initiatives including reporting and analytics, technology and technology advancements, process review and creation, implementation of new clients, processes and technology advancements, and solution design for new clients. Working in a very collaborative environment, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our esteemed client partners and internal teams. Upon start, this position will report to th CHRO, but will likely evolve to report to the CEO within a few months. You will have a seat and voice on our Leadership team.

What you will do as Vice President of Operational Excellence
Mentor and lead a team of Reporting Analyst(s) and Operations Specialist(s) in order to create and execute on all reporting requirements for our clients and internal teams
Plan operational strategies, conduct weekly strategy meetings, and proactively resolve any challenges that may arise
Recommend ideas and strategies related to operations that will contribute to the long-range operational efficiencies and growth of the company
Consistently review existing technology platforms and recommend additional “plug and play” technologies that create efficiencies and fill gaps in current technology capabilities
Create, amend, define and implement recruitment and operational processes for consistency, efficiency and performance management
Build processes into technology platforms for speed, ease of use and efficiencies
Working with sales and recruiting leadership, create tailored Talent Solutions for our clients to include all delivery talent, technology, processes and implementation
Create and update pricing calculator(s) for our new sales opportunities
Track existing client P&L performance against what was solutioned and sold to ensure expected profitability and client communicationn
Partner with recruiting and sales team leadership to assist in team training and development of internal and client teams
What you need to qualify as our next Vice President of Operational Excellence
Prior Recruitment Process Outsourcing - RPO experience a must
Prior experience working for an "emerging" company
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university highly desired
10+ years experience in Recruiting or HR Operations a must have
Strong people skills, along with the desire to build and manage internal and external relationships
Exceptional organizational skills including organization of multiple, conflicting priorities at any given time; strong ability and knowledge of how to prioritize time
Persuasive communication skills
Thrive in ambiguous, fast paced environment
Expert level expertise with MS Excel, MS Teams, any ATS, CRM – Ceridian/Dayforce
Strategic vision with ability to execute on strategy
