VP-Corporate Controller

WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

• South Charlotte

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting topics, ensure consistent practices
• Manage accounting operations across North America, and continue to develop the team
• Lead selection of auditors and administration of the annual audit
• Develop NA consolidation process the
• Simplify / eliminate accounting processes that are no longer needed, recognize new required accounting processes
• Address technical accounting issues as needed
• Develop controls and internal audit procedures to ensure an effective controls environment
• Due diligence on all acquisitions
• Special projects as needed

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s degree is a plus
• CPA Required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience with mid-large companies
• Previous experience in public accounting
• Strong business partnership and executive communication skills
