Raydiant is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance to lead our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, managing financial operations, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. The VP of Finance will work closely with the executive team to support the company's growth and long-term financial goals
This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week.

About The Role

Raydiant is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance to lead our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, managing financial operations, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. The VP of Finance will work closely with the executive team to support the company's growth and long-term financial goals
This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage the financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and financial controls
- Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Drive initiatives to improve financial processes and systems
- Oversee fundraising efforts and manage capital structure
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies
- Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and risk management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
