Specializing in manufacturing top-tier equipment and accessories for shooting sports, hunting, camping, and various outdoor adventures. By becoming a part of this team, you will contribute to a brand that enhances the outdoor experience for enthusiasts and professionals alike.


Reporting in the CSCO, they have produced a meticulous roadmap for expansion in each brand. This opportunity will require strong Global Direct & Indirect Sourcing experience and offer the opportunity to autonomously grow out your own function within a rapidly scaling business.


This hybrid role is based in Providence, RI offering a salary up to $300k base and up to a 35% bonus.


We are looking for someone with:

  • 9+ years Direct Global Sourcing experience (Apparel, fabrics, plastics, consumer electronics etc.)
  • 4+ years Indirect Global Sourcing experience (MRO, travel, professional services, transportation, packaging, facilities, contractors, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
  • Experience establishing new, professional procurement organizations and/or functions globally, deploying strategy and delivering year-over-year cost reductions
