Job Description


As a VP of Sales , you’ll drive the sales of AI Platform in US market by securing strategic deals with top enterprises, unlocking new value streams throughout their business. You’ll leverage your consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities. In collaboration with GTM, product, and marketing teams, you’ll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to ensure differentiated value across the landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving the deployment of the Intellect AI Platform, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.


Core Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and objectives and provide expert guidance on GenAI Platform capabilities and solutions. Create and deliver engaging presentations and demos of our GenAI offerings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Win new business and drive revenue for Intellect AI Platform. Find your way to the right people at prospective customers, educate them about LLMs, and help them succeed with Intellect AI. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to launch.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Spearheaded market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
  • Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the sales process and ensure a deep understanding of our platform and its value proposition.
  • Continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency.
  • Leverage sector-specific knowledge to educate and enable internal and external stakeholders to prioritize efforts and drive towards successful outcomes.
  • Own and manage relationships with partners from Sell-To and Sell-Through perspectives.


What We Require

Experience in selling Data and AI platforms, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to help customers unlock the power of AI and drive successful platform implementation

Technical Aptitude

  • Deep understanding of LLM technology use cases and deployment methodologies
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in GENAI technologies, AWS, and Azure platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Consultative Selling

  • Identifying customer pain points and recommending AI-powered solutions
  • Conducting need assessment and proposing a customized AI platform
  • Demonstrating the value and ROI of AI platform implementation

Problem-Solving

  • Analyzing complex business challenges and designing AI-based solutions
  • Collaboration with Data scientists, engineers, and SME
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues during AI platform deployment

Adaptability

  • Staying up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices
  • Embracing new technologies and continuously learning
  • Adapting sales strategies to different customer verticals and use cases

Communication and Relationship Building

  • Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Building trust and rapport with customers through a consultative approach
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams like product, marketing, and customer success
