Vice President of Treasury Operations

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vice President of Treasury Operations. This position is located in Brentwood, TN or Covington, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for executing or managing a broad range of Treasury operations duties related to our Comdata and Corpay Corporate Payments businesses. These duties include cash management, investments, cash forecasting, bank relationship management, bank account and bank portal administration, accounts receivable securitization reporting, KYC & compliance related responsibilities, ad-hoc Treasury projects and the management of a Treasury team out of the Brentwood office. You will report directly to the Global Treasurer of Corpay and regularly collaborate with various shared services departments and business units across the company.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include the following for Corpay’s

Corporate Payments Businesses

• Managing the Treasury operations group in Brentwood, TN
• Daily Cash management
• Managing bank relationships for cash management, BIN sponsorships, and FBO account sponsorships and optimizing the banking structure
• Identifying excess cash available for debt paydown and coordinating with corporate treasury and tax.
• Analyzing and maximizing returns on cash balances/investments
• Working with legal and compliance to understand regulatory and contractual requirements for banking/cash management and investing
• Administering bank portals, maintaining signature authorities and other bank account administration
• Cash flow forecasting
• AR securitization borrowing base calculations and reporting
• Bank fee negotiation and analysis
• Providing reporting to global treasury team
• KYC, audit and compliance related requirements including money transmission license requirements
• Serve as Treasurer for Comdata subsidiary and as an officer on money transmitter entities
• Ad Hoc Treasury projects, including the possible treasury workstation implementation
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• BA or BS preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Previous experience in Treasury operations functions of 11+ years
• Previous management experience of 5+ years
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high stress environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient at Excel
• Treasury workstation experience a plus
• Payments industry experience a plus
• CTP a plus
