Salary: $103,081.00 to $170,495.00
The Executive Director of Outpatient Services functions as a Member of the Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Director of Outpatient Services has direct operational and strategic oversight of The Lake Chelan Health Rural Health Clinic, including Family Practice and Express care Clinics, and Specialty Care Clinics – and LCH outpatient services The Executive Director of Outpatient Services will work with the Executive Leadership Team in the planning, growth, and development of current outpatient services and future services.
Responsibilities
Operational supervision of staff and providers in the outpatient setting including:
Leased provider clinic oversight.
Non-hospital-based radiology services in collaboration with the Radiology Manager.
Non-hospital-based laboratory services in collaboration with the Laboratory Manager.
Outpatient infusion services.
Outpatient wound care services.
Outpatient cardiac rehab services.
Collaboration and coordination of community outreach and population health services with the Director of EMS.
Operational and strategic oversight of budgets and financial performance of outpatient services.
Coordinates training and education programs to ensure staff are providing exemplary customer services to all patients.
Assists in creating an environment where staff is engaged while being committed to the highest standard of patient care.
Manages patient flow in all areas to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Ensures adequate staffing levels are available daily.
Works with Quality Director on oversight and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Strategic planning oversight for all applicable departments.
Oversight of all areas of compliance, state and federal law, and credentialing for outpatient services.
Other duties as requested or assigned.
Experience
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Five Years of high-level healthcare leadership experience including progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
Proven track record of excelling in a high-level performance leading an outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, required
Master’s degree in applicable leadership or healthcare field, preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, And Registration
A current and valid RN license in the State of WA
Shift: Days, M-F, 8-5
