About the Role:

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance of the arc-welding lab and equipment.
• Conduct testing and process development for sales-related arc welding projects.
• Support product validation for Engineering and Product Management teams.
• Assist with customer installations of sensor-based welding products.
• Stay updated on new technologies and provide technical expertise internally and to customers.
• Report lab capabilities, market needs, and competitive intelligence to management.
• Collaborate with marketing on content creation, including written and video materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote and secure projects.
• Report monthly on application and installation successes and failures.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to increase market share.
• Travel up to 30% for field support.
• Compensation includes salary plus commission, with potential bonuses for meeting objectives.
