- [Instructor] In the previous movie we showed how you could begin printing by using some of the features available up on the ribbon menu system by way of page layout and some of these options here. And in the lower right hand corner in the status bar, one of our three buttons is called page layout. You might have seen that approach as well too. But there's another button to the right called page break preview. And look what happens on this worksheet. Let's imagine we've never printed this before. We clicked this button for the first time and Excel has decided to print everything on this worksheet probably in a way that we wouldn't want. Picks up data that maybe we're not interested in for the moment, but we have the ability to use these dotted lines and solid lines that we see in blue.
