Global Capability Centers (GCCs) have evolved significantly over the past few decades. This evolution reflects the broader trends in globalisation, technological advancements, and the increasing sophistication of business processes. Very recently Zyoin Group hosted a webinar on the topic of "From Start to Scale: Navigating Challenges in Growing GCCs”. Select panel of industry leaders and GCC site heads (from ZoomInfo, Sanofi, and Blackhawk) participated in this webinar. Blackhawk India was represented by our site leader Romit Sen.
Romit spoke about the critical success factors required to set up a successful GCC in India. The 3-Cs he spoke about are:
💡 Congruence with parent organisation: Ensure that the goals, objectives, and operations of the GCC are closely aligned with the strategic priorities of the parent organisation.
💡 Collaboration & Communication: Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and departments within the GCC and with the parent organisation
💡 Continuous Evaluation: Regularly evaluate performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes in line with the parent entity.
We thank Zyoin Group and Anuj Agrawal for this opportunity and platform to engage in such an invigorating discussion.
