More importantly we spoke about👇🏼 👉🏼 #culture,#people, ##growthhorizons, #businessoperations, #financials, #businessmodels, #strategy, and #professionaldevelopment 🗓️ I was fortunate to sit in on ✌🏼 #business meetings☝🏼was exactly like I read and envisioned during my #pmp training. A #project 🦵🏼kick off with a #customer, #stakeholders and company employees. Over lunch #collaboration, #voiceofthecustomer, and #swot ‘s were identied and discussed. Sharing something a little different today… I have been living across the street from this project this summer. From my days recruiting in the Construction industry, I have as always fascinated when I got to visit my clients sites to see projects like this go up. I have a great amount of respect for Construction professionals. Why? They truly embody this idea of ‘hard work’, if you pause for even a moment to watch what goes on during a construction project, it is nothing less than remarkable.
