I typically specialize in prime/luxury real estate, but in this case, the focus is on renovating a distressed medium-sized residential building. The goal is to enhance its value through modern modifications and innovations, both inside and outside, while adhering to a strict budget and timeline. The process involves addressing cracks using a mixture of white and black cement, cleaning and smoothing the exterior with sandpaper, and applying a primer as the initial surface layer. This ensures that color discrepancies from the fixed cracks are no longer visible, with subsequent layers of quality paint to be added later. These essential practices are crucial for appreciating the real estate valuation, particularly for older developments, whether it's for sales or leasing. P.S.: Employees failing to wear their required safety uniforms will face penalties from the company, as mandated by safety protocols. Prioritizing safety is paramount, especially in Grade A listed companies.
