I want to leave my feedback on the Jira Service Management product. It's a good product, but its client interface does not match the realities of 2024. Users have had mobile phones with resolutions greater than those of monitors for a long time now, and most monitors are widescreen. However, no matter how large your monitor is, if you open the client interface, the working area where the actual communication happens occupies a narrow strip in the middle of the monitor, and the space on the left is simply wasted and not utilized. So, if you intend to use any tables, they are likely not to fit into the working area, and users will have to scroll. Not the user experience one would hope for. There is a request JSDCLOUD-4037 that was created to address this issue back in 2016. 2910 days have passed since then, but nothing has improved since that time. The problem is simply ignored, and it is disappointing.
