*** Active Search: Benefit Administration, Tech Enabled, CEO or Executive Chairman Opportunity Description Our private equity client is looking for a professional in the Benefits Administration industry with deep CEO/C- Level operational experience and expertise, to help with due diligence and take a senior role (most likely as CEO or Executive Chairman) in a potential new acquisition to be found in collaboration with the executive. Our client is willing to look at several niches within this sector.
