I didn’t nag when I was on the roll and life was showing its good sides to me career wise, therefore, I won’t nag now that I cannot find my right place to be at my right time. One thing I know is that if I don’t find my desired job, I won’t cry but rather will then start applying to cleaning jobs, to foodora or other blue collar jobs that are easier to get as I am responsible for my family including my little daughter and if I don’t find a job, my family will be in jeopardy! I don’t have enough time to nag or cry or even have any hard feelings at who ever didn’t hire me 😁 I don’t need to be hired if it’s out of pity or begging but rather to be hired due to my skills and talent; or due to my experience and expertise, but if you don’t trust that I’m the right person to deliver for your organisation, it is alright, I will wait and keep on searching for my right time and right place. Even though I am still employed and I have a contract until end of May with Pohjois Savon TE-Live as Producer/Project Manager, but I must act fast before June arrives. To everyone out there, I don’t care about winner image or anything but rather what I care about is that everyone witness that I am being in this place and situation and it’s no secret that I had also been in similar situations but never showed it to public, but only shared my success stories, nobody witnessed how hard I tried to get lucky and only judged that “I was lucky!” But sorry to break it to you, I was lucky because I kept on trying! And it’s the same, there will be a day that I will post my “happy to share that I have joined X organisation” but this time you would know that I will have this celebration after 3-4 months(or even more) of actively getting rejected, humiliated and not giving up! ‼️Please note that **There is no shame to do any blue collar jobs, and if I mentioned it in that way is because it is obviously not my own desired job and not the profession that I had invested my time and energy, therefore, I had wrote in a tone that might be misunderstanding for those who are doing these respective socially important occupations, hence, I apologise if it’s offensive in any way but please understand my perspective 🙏🏻

After months of searching and applying for jobs, I was finally invited for a second interview with UnitedHealth Group. I was surprised when they gave me an assignment to work on, but I worked through it and didn't have time to come to a solution. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and two days later, I received an email from UnitedHealth Group offering me the job. Unfortunately, I also received an email from Rocket saying they were going with someone else. Their feedback was that I should focus on what my code was doing and learn more about the actual code I was writing. Although I provided them with a line by line explanation of my code, I think they were looking for someone with more experience. #JobSearch #JobInterview #UnitedHealthGroup #Recruiting #CareerGrowth #CareerAdvice #JobOffer #codingbootcamp #careerchange

The #1 kind of person I want to work with at Prezentium: Those with a learning mindset. I find myself energized with people around me who love to learn. Sometimes someone may not be well-versed in a specific topic or area, but they learn quickly and end up growing their skillset quickly. This actually benefits our clients too, because they get to adapt to clients needs quickly too. That mindset also greatly helps with problem-solving, too, so it works out really well in those situations too. #learningmindset

I’ll Help You Build a SUSTAINABLE BRAND | Attract Top Talent | Online Reputation Management Specialist | Employer Branding Consultant
Most people lack this one thing. Patience. I recently onboarded a new client, but the confirmation took a while. To help with the project, I hired someone. But because things got delayed, she decided to take another job even after we had finalized everything. This situation shows how important it is to be patient and understanding in our work. Delays happen, and they are often beyond our control. Being patient: – Helps build stronger, more reliable relationships. – Shows that you are dependable and committed. – Often leads to better results because decisions aren’t rushed. Let’s practice patience and understanding in our professional lives. It’s not just about doing things quickly but doing them right. #linkedngrowth #personalstories
