As I always say: Kindness is a superpower. Working in an environment where all can feel appreciated and valued is priceless.
A great culture is not "explained", it is perceived and felt. You know when you are in the presence of great corporate culture when everyone, no matter their authority, title, tenure, experience, role, level, treats everyone else with respect, kindness, compassion and empathy. When you see people behaving like that, nobody will need to "explain" to you why their culture is great. You will know it. Let's make 2024 the year where we create amazing work cultures!
