As a result, everyone is competing for the best sales talent. 🚚 Higher Standards: The freight industry is becoming increasingly complex, with higher demands placed on sales roles. Salespeople now need to stay up to date with continuous changes in regulations, processes, and procedures. Talent Shortage: Many experienced pros in the industry are retiring and not enough young people are pursuing a career in the sector. 👩🎓 Job Expectations: Today's candidates want more than just a paycheck.
