Efram Simon, I bet I can meet (and thank) more RTI & TLI drivers than you can over the next 4 weeks. I think we both agree that drivers make our job possible and much easier. Case in point, Ismael (pictured below) has been 100% on-time for one of our largest dedicated customers in April, May, & June, of 2023. This guy totally rocks! Another one of our amazing teams... Charlotte and Susan. I ran into them this week, they are amazing. When asked what state was their favorite to drive in they both said, Wyoming. #TLI #drivers

One of the things I like best about my job is the opportunity I have to interact with our drivers, (they never cease to amaze me). Jerome is from Georgia, has a baby boy on the way, he speaks 6 languages, and he played professional soccer. A great representative of TLI. #TLI #drivers

I’m very proud of the sacrifices made by all those who serve. My dad told me about Richard Trujillo when I was a kid. Richard is from Kearns Utah and was killed June 7, 1966 in Vietnam. Richard is also my wife’s uncle. I’m very proud to be apart of his family. God bless all of the men & women who made the ultimate sacrifice.

One of the perks of my job is the opportunity to meet so many good people. I had the opportunity to meet John, one of our central Ohio drivers running in a dedicated fleet. He is on the road 6 days per week. When I asked what he liked most about his job he said, “his ability to get home if needed”. His current dedicated setup allows him to make it home several times per week for his 10-hour breaks and 34-hour resets.  John has 6 kids, so home-time is everything.  #hometime #dedicated #transcolines
