Last Friday, October 13 marked one year since the founding of Rheia Consulting. To celebrate this anniversary, our company’s team has enjoyed reflecting upon the milestones achieved and looks forward to setting new goals.
Upon the decision to launch Rheia, our Founder, CEO and President Rachel Vandenberg considered carefully how to best articulate and apply her passion for her work. Her work over more than three decades for major corporations had allowed tremendous opportunity for experience and growth – but now it was time to do something different. She wanted to focus more on the clients, projects, and people that have really inspired her career. So, she leaped from the corporate cushion and established Rheia a business platform for its team members to deliver creative, impactful infrastructure solutions to realize a more sustainable future.
Whether you are new to Rheia’s community, or if you have been following our journey, we’re eager to share more about our mission and values. Those who have been following us may recall that our first announcement was in February 2023, rather than immediately upon Rheia’s founding in October 2022. The intervening months were important time for us to define what kind of company we wanted to be:

We look forward to continued partnerships to realize shared success.
As we head into year two, we are adding staff, positioning and competing for exciting project opportunities, and exploring a revamp of our visual branding. We will define our success by continuing to nurture our values, supporting personal and professional growth, and delivering infrastructure projects that make impactful quality-of-life improvements to our community.
