10.61% Fixed for how long? does not look attractive to me at all. even if a non-owner occupy. might be pessimistic, I do not see anything to boast about, unless you are the lender making bank on that rate. As a potential borrower, looks ugly to me.. 10.61%?? I am guessing that is APR? not simple interest, which would make a huge difference on a straight note.
