I could check out, but not really never leave. Three, four times a year we kick off our week with Helena by meeting with our new colleagues, and hearing about the background they have. And why did they choose Deloitte as their employer. Today, when meeting with 50+ new joiners, I reflected why I have rejoined this firm after leaving two times. I did check out twice but could not really leave. Why is this? I found the reasons also from the list why our new colleagues had decided to join Deloitte in the first place: growth opportunities, people and culture. The growth opportunities we provide to people in this global firm are massive - and our purpose driven strategy supports this also amid disruptive technological advances and dynamic economical / geopolitical challenges we all face today. But still, if we did not get the our culture right, we would not have great clients, or super people like this group. Deloitte has transformed my career in several ways for the last 4 years: 1.
