So excited to work with this team. Our digital organizing program at the Democratic National Committee has been evolving since 2020 as we approached new ways to reach supporters, voters, and volunteers in more innovative ways to break through the noise. I’m so grateful for leaders like Shelby Cole and @Sam Cornale for investing in our program. And Jose Nunez and Tericka Lambert for seeing something in me back in 2020 for us to get to this point. 🫶🏾🥹 We had a full Supporter Cultivation team retreat recently and I couldn’t be more in awe of our team’s talent and commitment. So lucky to work closely with these folks day in and day out. Philisea M., Claire De Pree and Krissie Palomo leading the charge on how we cultivate supporters across email, sms, democrats.org and our inbox program. Kate Beeken, Zion Gates-Norris pioneering the volunteer facing front by training the masses in how to intentionally share content and organize online. Shani D., Teres Elliott building a distributed content apparatus for how we create more personalized and localized content for our supporters and coalitions partners. Amani Southerland, Tarazha Jenkins, Tracey Ly and Joaquin Garcia who were deployed full time to our team working across all three of our verticals from drafting emails, designing graphics, hosting trainings for volunteers, running peer to peer campaigns. They have been invaluable to keeping our program running smoothly and efficiently with their expertise and fresh perspectives!
